Acting on behalf of a veterinary practice tenant located in a Surrey town we negotiated a January 2024 lease renewal for a term of 10 years with the first 2 years at a nil increase followed by the following 3 years at a rent reflecting an increase of just 9.4% above the rent previously effective from July 2017.
