Acting on behalf of a Lessee in lease renewal negotiations on a modern industrial unit on the Holmethorpe Industrial Estate in Redhill where a 5 year lease was agreed from December 2023 at a rent reflecting a reduction of 5.15% and in addition, a 3 month rent free period. We have a very happy Tenant client!
